Supreme 10HTS: One Part Silver Conductive Epoxy Adhesive

The Master Bond Supreme 10HTS is a high strength solvent free silver conductive epoxy adhesive with a volume resistivity of less than 0.006 ohm cm. This versatile no mix compound is isotropic, contains high purity silver and is a reliable thermal conductor. Its thermal conductivity is >11 BTU/in/ft2/hr/°F [1.5865 W/m∙k]. Supreme 10HTS is serviceable from 4 K to 400 °F and exhibits high shear and peel strength properties. This toughened formulation bonds well to substrates with CTE mismatches and is capable of withstanding exposure to impact, shock, vibration, humidity and many harsh chemicals. Most notably, Supreme 10HTS will retain its unique combination of properties after prolonged aging. Specific applications include solder replacement, surface mounting components on PC boards, EMI/RFI shielding, grounding, die attach, flip chip attachments. This ROHS compliant adhesive has a non-drip, paste viscosity and is easy to apply manually or automatically. Shore D hardness is >75 at 75 °F. Additionally, Supreme 10HTS has an “unlimited” working life, cures in 60-75 minutes at 250 °F or 40-45 minutes at 300 °F and is NASA low outgassing approved.
