Carver's pellet presses are purpose-built to compress uniform powders into practical pellet samples. These pellet dies are meticulously crafted from 440 stainless steel to ensure corrosion resistance and come with replaceable anvils for extended use. Every die includes a convenient pellet ejector for ease of operation.

With these 12-ton presses (Model 4350), users will receive a 13 mm die designed for IR sample preparation. In the case of Carver's 40 and 50-ton presses (Model 4555 & 4565), a 31 mm die, tailored for X-Ray sample preparation, is included. Alternatively, these presses can be purchased without the die, offering customers the flexibility to select their preferred die size.

Bench Top Hydraulic Presses for Laboratory from Carver, Inc.

Hydraulic benchtop laminating presses feature layered heating and cooling platens that can be manually controlled. These presses are equipped with thermostatic control, aluminum platens, and the ability to heat one platen while simultaneously cooling the other, expediting the production of laminated samples, plastic plaques, and various other research and development products.

The temperature range for these presses spans from 150 °F to 500 °F (displayed with an analog gauge).

No. 4130 (formerly 2112) Laminating Press, 12 Ton Capacity with Safety Shield

This press includes four 6" x 6" aluminum platens for one hot and one cold daylight opening. Thermostatically controlled heated platens are incorporated into the top opening.

No. 4132 (formerly 2630) Laminating Press, 30 Ton Capacity With Safety Shield

This press includes four 12" x 12" aluminum platens for one hot and one cold daylight opening. Digitally controlled heated platens are incorporated into the top opening.
