Saurer Sell Xaloy to Management Group

Manufacturer of machine parts for the plastics industry, Xaloy has been bought by a team of their top managers and Baird Capital Partners for an undisclosed sum.

Xaloy was sold by the Swiss-based Saurer Group. They have a plants in the USA and Asia which specialise in manufacturing screw and barrels for the plastics manufacturing equipment.

The sale of Xaloy is forms part of Saurer’s strategy of exiting the plastics industry.
