Textron to Open Another Facility in China

Textron have announced that they will be opening a production facility and customer service centre in China later this month. This increases their commitment to China and represents their third production plant in China.

The new plant to be located in Wuxi and will predominantly supply fasteners for the electronics and high technology industries.

The plant will initially employ about 55 people and output 60-80 million fasteners per month. The bulk of the production capacity will be destined for local industry.
