Achieving facility-wide compliance with the new Ethylene Oxide NESHAP rules

With the publication of the US EPA’s amendments to the Ethylene Oxide (EtO, EO) NESHAP rules impacting commercial sterilizers and chemical companies, many are wondering how to maintain operational continuity in light of new monitoring requirements. Justin Sullivan, Senior Consultant, Trinity Consultants
Justin has an extensive background in emissions monitoring and compliance activities, currently serving as Trinity's Stack Testing Subject Matter Expert. He provides invaluable support to a diverse range of industries, including power generation, chemical, petroleum refining, and many others. Justin holds the qualification of Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI) Groups 1-4. This designation highlights his proficiency in stack testing methodologies and his ability to conduct accurate and reliable emissions measurements. Beyond stack testing, Justin is also well-versed in Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and offers comprehensive air consulting and air permitting services to clients. His deep understanding of environmental regulations is demonstrated by his expertise in 40 CFR Parts 60, 63, and 75, which enables him to ensure clients' compliance with stringent federal regulations. 

Amy Moore, Managing Consultant, Trinity Consultants
Amy provides environmental support for a number of industries including sterilization facilities, agricultural and food processing industries, oil and gas processing, alumina hydrate and catalysts production, lime production, and others in fifteen different states. She has completed numerous projects ranging from minor source and Title V operating permit applications, modifications to existing permits, emissions inventory package development, monitoring and compliance reporting, and regulatory applicability analyses. In the engineering field, she provided complete environmental compliance as an environmental engineer for a major producer of extruded aluminum products.

Dave Miller, Vice President, New Market Development, Picarro
