Why are Alpha Laser exhibiting at NPE?
Alpha Laser specializes in the laser welding process and specifically for NPE, the plastics industry needs to repair all of their tooling that they use to make their plastic and we specialize in being able to repair the tooling quickly, effectively, without damaging the base metal and also making it much easier for the customer to keep their tooling running and making more plastic.
What particular products are you highlighting?
We have two systems here; An Alflax Max and ALW. The Alflax is a really long reach, so for those customers that are doing really large molding, they can reach this into a press or over their tooling and then the ALW is a smaller system that is enclosed which specializes in smaller parts, but also we can do automation with it.
What sets you aside from competition in your space?
Alpha Laser makes the best laser welder out there because not only are the components well made, but they are founded by a physicist. The concepts work and the lasers are undoubtedly the fastest most efficient and easiest to organize.
