Pressure Vessel Steels stocks a wide variety of carbon steel plates in a range of widths, lengths, and thickness according to ASTM A516 Grade 60 and ASME SA516 Grade 60, suitable for boiler and pressure vessel and storage tank fabrication where enhanced notch toughness is crucial. For plates possessing a thickness of less than 40 mm, they can be delivered "As rolled"; whereas, plates measuring 40 mm and above in thickness have to be in a normalized condition.
Mill Test Certification of Carbon Steel Plate
Pressure Vessel Steels' ASTM/ASMA A/SA516 Grade 60 carbon steel plates have complete traceability and are supplied complete with mill test certification in compliance with EN10204 3.1 or EN10204 3.2 as required. Any further customer or third party inspection is welcomed by arrangement with the client.
