Please tell us a bit about the company and why you are at ACHEMA this week.
The company is called Priorclave. It's been going for 30 years and it's based in South-East London.
We're here at ACHEMA to get business in Europe and to meet our agents. I think we've met about 67 agents from the rest of the world, from Indonesia and New Zealand.
Is there a particular product or range that you are showcasing?
We’ve got a 100 liter autoclave on stand, but obviously people will be looking at the whole range.
What makes your product unique on the market?
One of the things that we've got in our autoclave is something called Blive, which connects it to the electricity and the water, and it can tell you how much electricity and water you've used.
The other thing that makes us different is that we suit the autoclave to the customer. So, we tailor it to what the customer wants, rather than you having to pay for a model and then giving you aspects that you may not want.
What kind of industries and application areas do your products apply to?
The biggest area is academia, but we also do pharmaceutical, food and beverage, and anything that requires you to get rid of the waste in autoclave.
