ASTM A516 Grade 60 and ASME SA516 Grade 60 Carbon Steel Plate Features, Applications and Composition by Masteel

Masteel stock a wide range of carbon steel plates  in an array of lengths, widths and thickness according to ASTM A516 Grade 60 and ASME SA516 Grade 60, ideal for boiler and pressure vessel and storage tank fabrication where improved notch toughness is important. ASTM/ASME A/SA516 Grade 60. For plates that have a thickness of less than 40mm they can be supplied "As rolled"; whereas, plates 40mm and above thickness have to be in a normalised condition.

Mill Test Certification of Carbon Steel Plate

Masteel UK Limited's ASTM/ASMA A/SA516 Grade 60 carbon steel plates have full traceability and are supplied complete with mill test certification according to EN10204 3.1 or EN10204 3.2 as required. Any additional customer or third party inspection is welcomed by arrangement with the client.

      if you use this grade to sea water filter system,  the longevity is not long and rust... i recommend to use super duplex 32750
