High performance, two component room temperature curing epoxy adhesive EP51FL-1 has a one to three mix ratio by weight or volume. It has a setup time of about 30-40 minutes at ambient temperature. Adhesion to metals, glass, ceramics, most rubbers and plastics is outstanding. Peel strength is > 35 pli and elongation is > 125%. Tensile strength is 1,150 psi. Bonds are resistant to vibration, impact and shock. This compound is serviceable from 4k to 250°F.
Master Bond EP51FL-1 is 100% reactive and contains no solvents. It has a mixed viscosity of 70,000-80,000 cps and is easy to apply. This product exhibits superior electrical insulation properties. Volume resistivity is > 1013 ohm cm. Shore D hardness is 12-15. It is available for use in pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon kit containers. Packaging in flexible divider pouches is also available.
