Introduction
Unalloyed copper or oxygen free coppers are provided with high
thermal and electrical properties and good corrosion resistance. Based
on the amount of impurities present in the metal, the properties and
grades of unalloyed coppers vary. The commercially available pure
coppers are designated as C10100 to C13000. These oxygen free coppers
are best suited for applications, which require good ductility and high
conductivity performance.
The following datasheet will give an outline of UNS C10400
oxygen free silver-bearing copper.
