Welding
The preferred welding technique for UNS C86300 is coated metal arc
welding. Soldering, brazing, carbon arc welding, oxyacetylene welding and gas
shielded arc welding are not recommended for this alloy.
Heat Treatment
Copper casting alloy UNS C86300 does not respond to heat treatment.
