Zinc Titanium (ZnTi) Master Alloy

Applications of ZnTi Master Alloy

ZnTi master alloys are mainly used in roofing sheet production. This wrought zinc alloy normally has 0.1% to 0.2% of titanium. The addition of titanium is for strengthening purposes. ZnTi master alloys with up to 2.5% of titanium are used for alloying titanium (high-melting point) into the liquid zinc.
