Machinability - The machinability of copper UNS C91100 alloy is rated at 10.
Welding - Soldering is the best method to use for welding copper UNS C91100, while brazing can provide good results. Oxyacetylene welding, carbon arc welding, gas shielded arc welding, and coated metal arc welding are rated as fair.
