Nanoform systems are equipped with a removable vertical axis, which allows systems to be converted from having two linear axes to three linear axes.
The new, third axis has a linear motor and oil hydrostatic bearing which acts as a contouring axis. This system can be provided for old systems, as a retrofit, or as an optional part for new systems.
Key Benefits
- The quick and simple axis installation allows production time to be prioritized
- The addition of a new Y-axis to an existing 2-axis system increases capabilities
- Turning and flycutting specifications means that product quality is guaranteed
