The CNCR-110, 120, 130, and 190 sensors available from BinMaster can be set up using a polyurethane pigtail connection cable with lengths of 16, 32, or 82 feet.
Rated to IP66/IP68 (3 bar), these sensors include housings made of hard-wearing PVDF material that exhibits superior abrasion, chemical, and flame resistance, as well as UV stability. The FKM seal delivers chemical and heat resistance for long-term durability.
CNCR-110
The 110 sensor model has been designed for non-contact liquid level measurement at distances of up to 26 feet in applications necessitating a high level of environmental safety. It comprises a two-wire 4-20 mA output and includes a 1.5″ threaded or straight NPT connection.
The cable outlet is located on the top part of the sensor. This sensor model finds use in non-EX environments and unclassified areas and has general-purpose FM/CSA/CE certifications.

CNCR-120 and CNCR-130
The 120 and 130 cabled sensors are ideal for performing non-contact measurement of liquid level at distances of up to 49 feet in applications that require a high level of environmental safety.
These sensors come with either a four-wire Modbus output or two-wire 4-20 mA output, as well as a choice of 1.5″ threaded or straight NPT connection. In model 120, the cable outlet is located on the top for placement on the top of the vessel. By contrast, in model 130, the cable outlet is located at the side.
The 120 and 130 models come with general-purpose FM/CSA/CE approvals for unclassified areas, or available with optional ATEX/ICEx zone 1, 1/2 or FM/CSA/ATEX/ICEx Class I, II, and III approvals.

CNCR-190
The 190 model sensor has been developed for non-contact measurement of liquid level at distances of up to 98 feet in unclassified applications where it is crucial to ensure higher environmental safety from the elements. It is available with a two-wire 4-20 mA or four-wire Modbus output. It also features a 1.0″ threaded or straight NPT connection.
The cable outlet is located on the top part of the sensor. The CNCR-190 comes with FM/CSA/CE approvals for application in unclassified areas or includes optional ATEX/ICEx zone 1, 1/2 or FM/CSA/ATEX/ICEx Class I, II, III approvals.
