The Model 596 DLT Sensor Head from Viatran comes in ranges that can be configured from 0–32 inches W.C. to 0-335 feet W.C. or equivalent in PSI or meters by the company during the manufacturing process.
A capability like this enables Viatran to quickly deliver the replacement Sensor Head in less than one or two days. Users no longer have to carry surplus inventory.
The Model 596 DLT Sensor Head features a stainless steel housing, RapidShip program and a ceramic sensor.

When users need to substitute their wastewater level transmitter, they do not have the time to wait and downtime is not an option anymore. With the latest RapidShip program from Viatran, the Model 596 Detachable Sensor Head can be shipped in just one or two days and, in certain cases, can also be delivered overnight.
The RapidShip program enables users to reduce their supply chain management effort, decrease their inventory expenses and prevent unanticipated delays and/or line down scenarios resulting from peak demands.
The detachable level transmitter enables users to rapidly swap the sensor head without the need to remove their whole cable run. The Model 596 is a robust transmitter that is impervious to a broad range of materials and is perfect for higher viscosity media. The semi-flush ceramic sensing face of the transmitter can be easily cleaned and prevents clogging, enabling it to be used without a cage.
The Model 596 can work in pressure ranges from 0-32 inches W.C. to 0-335 feet W.C. (or equivalent in PSI or meters) and in an operating temperature range of −13°F to 185°F (−25°C to 85°C).
Viatran also offers six of the most well-known polyurethane cable sizes that range in lengths up to 46 m (150 feet). While placing their orders, customers are requested to specify the cable length and range (depth) required.
