High heat load (HHL) modules from Sheaumann integrate an internal TEC, a photodiode and a thermistor to resist high heat operations.
The HHL modules are hermetically sealed, electrically isolated and can integrate an array of options, such as optics for rapid-axis collimation. The proprietary laser chip design from Sheaumann provides a long lifetime and unprecedented quality. The wavelength emission range is 780 to 1070 nm. Several fiber-coupled options are also available.
