Overview
Rotary Lobe Blowers for Installation in Tankers and Silo Trucks
Aerzen bulk vehicle blowers have been designed for tankers and silo trucks with pressure differentials of up to 1.2 bar. Conveyance in two directions is possible by utilizing either horizontal or vertical flow. Oil-free technology that has been proven.
Design with Two-Lobe Rotors
- There is an area exposed to the environment that divides the conveying chamber from the oil sump pumps completely
- The machine can be hanging from the left or right, from the top, or in an upright posture
- The speed range in operation is 1500–3200 1/min
- While the gear side is lubricated with splash oil, the driving side is greased with grease
- Both sides of gear-driven versions are lubricated with splash oil. Check the oil level with a dipstick
Shaft Ceilings
Four piston rings, as well as oil slingers at the vent space, seal the conveying chamber.
A seal ring surrounds the driving shaft. A radial seal ring encloses gear-driven versions.
Direction of Flow
Horizontal or vertical flow is conceivable in both directions.
Drive
Using a thin v-belt drive or direct coupling
