The InSEM HT high-temperature nanoindentation testing system offers the capability of independently heating both the tip and the sample within a vacuum setting. It seamlessly integrates with various SEM/FIB chambers or can function as a standalone system.
This system can accurately replicate extreme temperature conditions, reaching up to 800 °C, enabling the generation of consistent and trustworthy test data. It utilizes single-crystal tungsten carbide tips mounted on a molybdenum holder, specially designed for high-temperature testing applications, and offers a range of geometries to choose from.
