Deep Ultraviolet Optoelectronic Material Fabricated by Coupling of beta-Ga2O3 and alpha-Al2O3

Beta gallium oxide ceramics were coupled and reacted with alpha aluminum oxide ceramics at 1700oC for 24 hours. The compound in the layer is considered to be an attractive material for ultraviolet and deep ultraviolet optoelectronics.

TiO2 - ZnO Porous Films Formed by ZnO Dissolution

Sputtered films with large surface area were formed from TiO2/ZnO film by ZnO dissolution, since large surface area is necessary to apply TiO2 films as a photocatalyst and/or an electrode for dye-sensitized solar cells.

Development of an Electronic Packaging Technique Using Conductive Adhesives for Novel Human Machine Interfaces

Synthesis of Nanotubular H-Ti-O by Hydrothermal Process and Its Structural Evaluation

Anatase type TiO2 was hydrothermally treated in NaOH aqueous solution and analyzed. It was found that the obtained products had a nanowhisker like morphology with nanotubular structures.
