Arradiance has announced that the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research and Technology (SMART) has placed an order for its GEMStar-8 benchtop atomic layer deposition (ALD) system. This is the first ALD system order for the company.

Natcore’s Liquid Phase Deposition Technology Passivates Black Silicon Cells
