The Performance Products division of Huntsman Corporation announced today that it will expand its global polyetheramines (PEA) capacity by a minimum of 15 percent as a result of debottlenecking three of its PEA manufacturing plants globally. The financial investment and capacity was not disclosed.

Today Berry Plastics Group, Inc. announced that its acquisition of the controlling interest of Qingdao P&B Co., Ltd (P&B) has been approved by the competent approval authority in China.
