AMS Offers New Triac Die from Cynergy3 Components

AMS Technologies announces the availability of a newly developed Triac Die (CCT Series) from the British manufacturer of semiconductor components, switches and relays Cynergy3 Components.

Utilising a unique manufacturing technique, Cynergy3 developed a process which enables a stable 1200V blocking capability.

This range extension further enhances the ability to offer high quality semiconductor products to the industrial, heating and lighting markets.

The CCT Series is available at AMS Technologies in France, Germany, Italy and United Kingdom in current ratings up to 75A. Metallisation is offered in either Cr: Ni: Ag for soldering and aluminium topside for wire bondable types.
