New Equities Board Helps Mining and Nanotechnology Companies Raise Capital

An International Equities Board has been launched in Asia to assist companies with their capital raising and share offers.

The board has been established to service the needs of small to medium enterprises looking to raise capital via a share placement offers and for publicly traded companies to offer off market share placements and swaps.

Community Financial Services Group (a Private Investment Company) based in Sydney, Australia is helping establish the Equities Board. Group CEO, Brett Goldsworthy advises, "the board has been established to assist companies with their capital raising through share issues and allow private equity companies, superannuation companies, and high net worth individuals to invest". Initial board placement offers have been strong, Goldsworthy went onto advise, "we hope to see many more companies from China, India, Singapore, Japan, South Pacific Islands as well as the established regions such as Europe and America".

Chief Operations Officer, Community Financial Services Group, Mr. Rod Cross also advised, "the companies we are assisting in placing their share offers and investments on the equities board are good solid companies and very diverse from all market verticals". Community Financial Services Group is working with various market verticals such as NANO TECH, GAMING, IT and MINING as these sectors show strong growth and we know many registered investors who are looking at these type of companies, Mr. Cross went on to advise.

In helping to launch the international Equities Board, Community Financial Services Group believes it can open the market to companies looking to capital raise and investors looking to invest in new companies with strong growth potential and future capital gains.
