AMS Technologies AG, a Pan-European distributor of high-tech components and systems, and Enfis Ltd., a British manufacturer of semiconductor based light source modules and systems, have signed a distribution agreement for all EC countries.
The agreement comprises intelligent, high-power light emitting diodes (LED) arrays and smart light engines across a wide range of wavelengths.
Founded in 2001 as a spin-out from Swansea University, which has a long history of innovation in the handling of power devices and the thermal management of semi conductor devices, Enfis uses the latest advances in semiconductor optoelectronic device fabrication, thermal management and optical design technologies.
Enfis’ product lines combine the numerous advantages of LED's as a light source with a patent-pending thermal management technology for use in a number of challenging applications, including medical and dental applications, industrial and aerospace lighting, entertainment lighting, architectural lighting, projection and LCD, sensing and curing.
