Sharp Rolls Out 45 Inch Digital High-Definition LCD TV

Sharp Corporation has announced the introduction into the Japanese market of the AQUOS 45V-Inch Digital High-Definition LCD TV, the industry’s largest LCD model, and featuring a full-spec high-definition panel of 6.22 million dots (1,920 H x 1,080 V x RGB), the industry’s highest level in a 45V-inch size. This model will be supplied from the Kameyama Plant, the world’s first integrated production facility for LCD TVs—from fabricating the LCD panel to final assembly.

Sharp's new TVs also adopt materials designed to facilitate recycling.
