Dow Corning experts will make three presentations highlighting a variety of silicon-based solutions for cross-industry applications at the Glass Performance Days Conference & Expo, June 12-15, at the Tampere Hall in Finland.

At the conference, Dow Corning will make the following presentations:
- On June 12 in Tampere Hall, Eric Peeters, Global Executive Director, Solar Solutions, will discuss silicon-based material and system solutions to the solar industry.
- On June 13 in the Energy Performance in Buildings session, Larry Carbary, Dow Corning Associate Industry Scientist, will present "Energy usage in comparisons of typical building types in various locations."
- On June 15 in the Solar & Glass Technology session, Thibault Kervyn de Meerendré, Dow Corning Application Engineer & Technical Support, will present "Silicones: Ideal material solutions for the next generation PV modules."
The Glass Performance Days (GPD) is an independent forum dedicated to the development of the global glass industry. GPD is organized bi-annually consisting of the largest and leading international glass conference, several workshops, glass product exhibition and versatile social activities.
