Over the past 2 years, Irene Corporation has researched and developed with Sabic Innovative Plastic Technical development engineers. The greatest success this year, 2009, is to apply the new material, Xylex Resin, in safety eyewear frames.
Safety eyewear
Xylex is a transparent blend with polycarbonate (PC) and amorphous polyester. Most safety frames on the market go without decoration on surface is because of the problem that most plastic resins have with chemical attack. But now, by using Xylex Resin, Irene Corporation can offer all kinds of decoration in protective eyewear frames. The light and flexible features have won millions wearers' hearts. Glasses with Xylex, wearers feel extremely comfortable compared with other materials.
