Competition for Young Plastic Designers

This competition has been created to provide a platform for young British design talent to demonstrate their skill and innovation.

Brief : The object is to design a useful, original, non-electronic product which must be no bigger than 400mmx400mmx400mm. The product must be commercial and have a mass market which can be in the retail or industrial sectors. The product, ideally but not exclusively, should use plastic parts.

The winning candidate will have their product marketed and if the market demand is proven, produced by Agentdraw ltd. This process will be recorded in graphical text and video format and be placed on the web site.

The three finalists remaining at the end of Stage 6 will all attend the PIA and the winner will be announced on the night. This will be an all expenses paid, overnight event at the Park Lane Hilton Hotel, London, on Friday 1 October 2010.
