Nanocyl announced today that it will showcase its range of carbon nanotube technologies developed for high-end electronics and automotive applications at the Chinaplas International Exhibition from April 19-22, 2010 in Shanghai, China. Nanocyl will be located in Hall W4, Stand 71, in the new International Expo Centre.
Featured will be Nanocyl's NC 7000 Thin Multiwall CNTs, the most electrically conductive carbon nanotubes available today. These innovative CNTs have an almost perfect chemical surface, and are highly valued because their small size and high aspect ratio lets them form a network of conductivity at a very low concentration.
The new PLASTICYL PEEK 1001 thermoplastic concentrates will be the other featured product line. These versatile CNTs provide either electrical conductivity or ESD protection, and are available in a wide range of thermoplastic resins, including PC, PP, PA, POM and TPU, which are currently in high demand in China.
Complementing these technologies is Nanocyl's ability to develop custom grades of its PLASTICYL products and other CNTs, and to produce cost-competitive masterbatches for supplying large volumes of quality carbon nanotubes worldwide.
"Our CNTs, technical expertise, and increased production capacity give compounders a unique opportunity to turn 21st century's challenges into industrial opportunities," said Roberto Mongiovi, Nanocyl's Global Sales and Marketing Manager for Thermoplastics.
"We can help our customers, especially those in Asia, have the high level of cleanliness, conductivity and ESD protection they need for manufacturing, assembling and shipping the newest generation of electronic products," he stated.
