Arburg Now Represented by Local Organisation in Austria

Since June this year, Arburg has been represented by a fully-owned organisation in the Austrian market. The headquarters is located in Vienna, but the sales and service personnel work in the field. They thus not only have direct contact to their respective customers in the Alpine republic, but are also available at very short notice.

Managing Director Arburg Austria, Dipl.-Ing. Eberhard Lutz, is delighted that his site has been upgraded and his local team strengthened: "With the expansion of our involvement in Austria, we are sure that we will be able to provide all of our customers there with first class support. We therefore look forward to even closer collaboration in the future."

Alexander Böck (Service), Stefan Briel (Sales Consultant, Applications Technology Consulting), Dieter Kirschmann (Sales Arburg Lossburg), Ing. Michael Winkler and Ing. Markus Heindl (Sales Consultants).

Three new sales regions, three sales employees
As part of the reorientation of the company's activities, the Austrian team has been strengthened by the addition of two competent staff members, who are responsible for the comprehensive support of customers in the newly allocated sales regions. Ing. Michael Winkler will be responsible for the Eastern Austria sales region and Ing. Markus Heindl for Central Austria. Both were prepared for their new tasks during intensive training at the Lossburg headquarters. They will support Stefan Briel, who remains the central contact person for applications technology for the whole of Austria. Moreover, he supports customers in the Western sales region with regard to all questions on Arburg injection moulding technology.

Technical support through competent service staff
Technical support is provided primarily by Austrian service technician Ing. Alexander Böck, who has also undergone several months of thorough training at the Arburg parent factory in Lossburg. He is supported by three German colleagues from the Bavarian region. With their comprehensively equipped service vehicles, all four can reach the customers' premises in Austria quickly and deal with the majority of maintenance and service tasks directly.

Eberhard Lutz summarises Arburg's new structure in Austria: "Our objective is to provide quick and detailed information on the advantages of our modular injection moulding technology to both customers and interested parties alike. And not only with the necessary competence, but also in a friendly manner. I'm sure we will achieve this with our new team."
