TVK Completes Sale of Recycling Company

Hungarian chemical company Tiszai Vegyi Kombinat (TVK) have just completed the sale of their synthetics and plastics recycling company, Syntumex Kft. Syntumex was sold to Hungarian petrochemicals company Innochem Kft for an undisclosed sum.

The decision to sell Syntumex was based on TVK’s desire to concentrate on their petrochemicals business.
