Buckman has released the following statement regarding expanding the effort to include Global Coverage.

“Buckman held its semiannual Global Performance Chemicals meeting the week of July 18th in Memphis, Tennessee. Performance Chemicals managers from Europe, South America, Mexico, South Africa and China to name a few, spent five days reviewing global marketing and sales opportunities for 2010 and beyond. Buckman’s new Flamebloc GS Fire Retardant products, based on Flame Seals’ Polymeric Amino Polyphosphate, was presented and the group given a comprehensive tutorial and video demonstration. Participants came away with a thorough understanding of the technology and a folio of sales tools containing the presentation, a video, data sheets, and demonstration burn cards.

“The global management team was enthusiastic about the potential opportunities for this product line and quickly identified many immediate applications for this greener flame retardant technology in their countries. It was apparent that this product line is an important addition to Buckman’s overall product portfolio. Sample stock is already being delivered globally. Buckman is looking forward to extending the enthusiasm for these products through our global marketing group and is pleased to have made the transition from national to global coverage early in the sales development phase,” Buckman PR department.
