Seco-Warwick Establish a New Manufacturing Facility in China

The SECO/WARWICK Group has established a new manufacturing facility, SECO/WARWICK Retech Thermal Equipment Mfg. Co. Ltd. in Tianjin, China. The 5000 square meter office and manufacturing facility has been established to provide Chinese customers with local service and manufacturing.

The company's market concentration includes vacuum heat treatment, vacuum metallurgy and controlled atmosphere aluminum brazing (CAB) technologies. The new company currently has orders for several vacuum and CAB furnaces.

According to Janusz Kowalewski, General Manager, "Our mission is to provide advanced and highly reliable metal improvement technologies to Chinese companies at competitive market price."

As an integral member of the SECO/WARWICK Group, SECO/WARWICK, Retech shares engineering expertise and provides local manufacturing services for SECO/WARWICK Group equipment in China.

The company has adopted four operating principles to meet the unique needs of Chinese customers:

  1. 1. Design equipment that combines operational safety with optimum furnace performance.
  2. Select components and fabrication techniques to improve furnace's operational reliability and reduce costs.
  3. Use continuous improvement strategies to streamline furnace installation, reduce maintenance and lessen environmental impact.
  4. Provide technical support locally using worldwide heat treatment expertise.
