Dow Corning’s Lubricants to be Featured at SAE Brake Colloquium

Dow Corning will exhibit at the 28th annual Society of Automotive Engineers Brake Colloquium and Exhibition to demonstrate how the company’s products help to improve brake reliability and durability, and reduce noise and wear. The colloquium takes place Oct. 10 – 13 in Phoenix, AZ.

Dow Corning® and Molykote® brand brake-system lubricants can provide long-lasting lubrication under extremes of load, speed and operation. They resist dust and dirt buildup, water washout, and oxidation. Most have good compatibility with common brake-system elastomers.

Newly developed, Molykote® G-3407 Caliper Pin Grease, which provides non-corrosive metal/metal lubrication for brake caliper pins, will be highlighted at the exhibition.

Dow Corning representatives will be available at Booth 312 during the conference to discuss Molykote® and Dow Corning® lubricants and their advantages in brake system applications.
