Based on its success in the EMEA zone, Bluestar Silicones, a global integrated silicones producer and supplier of silicone based bladder release agents and mould release agents to the tire industry will commercialize its Lyndcoat(R) BR 2511 RTU in Asia Pacific , South Africa, North America and Latin America as of October 2010.
Lyndcoat(R) BR 2511 RTU is a very versatile semi-permanent inside tire paint which can be used in passenger & light truck tire production as well as in SUV and truck and bus tire production.

It allows for a particularly clean operation while all the key performance parameters like air bleed, slip & release performance and bladder protection are assured.
Its special features allow for use as a multiple release band-ply lubricant in situations where, up until now, only traditional single release band-ply lubricants could be used.
This enables tire plants to increase their output and productivity without the need for additional investment in spraying equipment or manpower.
Bluestar Silicones currently produces Lyndcoat(R) release agents for the tire industry in four plants located in the USA, Brazil, Spain and China.
