3M Acquire Polymer Engineering Corp.

3M have just announced the acquisition of Polymer Engineering Corp. Details of the transaction were not revealed but include related trademarks and patents.

Polymer Engineering manufacture a range of adhesives, including the well-known urethane adhesives, Duramix.

The acquisition adds to 3M’s range of technology solutions and increases 3M’s standing in the automotive refinishing industry and will help them to grow into international and industrial markets.
