Eric Peeters, vice president of Dow Corning Solar Solutions, was featured in a video spotlight at the Solar Power International (SPI) 10 conference and expo in Los Angeles, California.
Peeters discussed Dow Corning’s ability, as a leading materials house, to offer solar industry customers the benefits provided by silicone-based solutions.
“Solar for Dow Corning is really an essential part of our strategy and is one of our corporate priorities,” said Peeters. “We see ourselves as a materials house to this industry, which means that we supply value-added materials to customers at every part of the value chain, all the way from feedstock to installation of solar panels.”
The three-day business-to-business solar conference and expo attracted 1,000+ exhibitors, 200+ presenters and 27,000+ attendees, 41% of which hold executive management positions. SPI is North America’s largest solar conference and expo, the premiere solar event for investors, policy makers, potential customers and other parties to come together and continue building the solar industry.
