Bruckner Presents New Technologies for Plastics and Packaging Industry at Chinaplas 2011

BOPP lines: Productivity and efficiency
Brückner`s BOPP lines meet the demand for innovative products: Working widths up to 10.4 m, outputs up to 7,000 kg/hour and production speeds up to 525 m/min mark the highest productivity within the filmstretching line industry.

Lines for manufacturing high performance BOPET film
For a highly efficient production of thin flexible BOPET packaging filmor industrial and optical film grades up to 400 μm Brückner presents a wide range of lines, comprising various workingw idths and outputs.

World's first 6.2 m CPP line
Brückner proudly presents the new benchmark for CPP machinery, with a net film width of 6.2 mand a name plate capacity of 16.000 tons per year. Such large scale production leads to perfect productivity when it comes to commodity films.

The pressure forming machines KMD SPEEDFORMER are well know n on the market for a high-speed production and perfect positioning procedures. At Chinaplas the KMD 78 SPEEDFORMER, with 760 x 540 mmforming area, will demonstrate processing of A-PET with a tray tool.

Kiefel (booth 5.1Q35):
New filling system "IV Express" for the medical-sector

The advantage of this new filling system lies in its compact design, and in the high-precision application of technology intended for use with all commonly-available filling systems. At Chinaplas Kiefel will demonstrate a "IV Express" production unit - high output with minimal use of space, while reacting with maximum flexibility to changing product requirements.

PackSys Global - Brückner Group's newestmember (booth 5.1Q35):
Complete line for the folding and slitting of tamper evident caps for the beverage industry

The machine which will be show n is capable of running up to 2,400 caps per minute. The line will demonstrate the ability of the feeding system, camera and packing options to safely switch between colours without mixing caps.
