Kraton Performance Polymers, producer of styrenic block copolymers (SBC), has declared that it will participate at the INDEX 11 in the GENEVA PALEXPO Exhibition and Conference Centre, to be held in Geneva, Switzerland.
The company will display its new developments in elastic nonwovens, such as C5 Resin alternatives for adhesives and NEXAR Polymers at the expo.
The INDEX 11, which is a major nonwovens expo, will provide an ideal platform for Kraton to showcase its elastic nonwovens, adhesives and NEXAR polymers. The Elastic Nonwovens for Single-Use Disposables and Durable Fabrics are drapeable and non-flashy and are used to make soft and discreet products. The polymer products provide the flexibility and stretch needed in personal care products.
The NEXAR polymers, with their selective leaky coatings and membranes, can be used to make breathable cloths and hence are ideal for using in sports apparel, industrial and military uniforms and geotextile and medical purposes. The adhesives can be utilized as labels and tapes and can be used for making feminine napkin and diapers.
Kroton’s executives and scientists will explain the benefits, features and uses of the products at the exhibition. The company’s research scientists will also deliver a presentation on two technical papers.
