Supplier of OEM products, Isotech has collaborated with Jefferson Rubber Works, a specialist in rubber injection molding, to deliver custom molded rubber products for a wide range of industries, including hydronics, OEM industrial, construction, medical, automotive, government and appliance.
The President of Isotech, Joe Casillo commented that the collaboration allows Isotech to offer custom rubber molding services, including components design, prototype development, manufacturing, finishing and assembly to its customers.
Jefferson Rubber’s state-of-the-art plant produces components using injection-molding technology instead of transfer and compression molding techniques. The plastic technology produces rubber parts more quickly than traditional methods. The US Military, Black & Decker, General Motors were some of the customers of Jefferson Rubber.
Jefferson Rubber offers thermoplastic elastomers, custom injection molding and liquid silicone rubber injection molding. The company continues to explore efficient production methods to deliver better products and services.
The collaboration with Jefferson Rubber will allow Isotech to offer modern rubber injection molding technology and rubber molding knowledge to its customers. Bellows, mounts, seals, rubber caps and other rubber-molded components are some of the products offered by Isotech.
