The ATCI packaging is an integration of the characteristics of two innovative technologies, namely intercept technology and anti-static technology. The word ‘CI’ in ATCI stands for Corrosion Intercept and AT represents anti-static technology. Corrosion Intercept describes protection against tarnish and corrosion using the intercept technology. The proven static intercept, sacrificial reactive polymers are examples of the intercept technology product. The integration of anti-static technology with intercept technology made ATCI packaging a complete performance packaging solution to safeguard electronic products.
ATCI rolls, shrouds, sheets and bags are devoid of contamination and are safe and clean for workers and products. ATCI offers continuous ESD and corrosion protection during storing and shipping even under adverse climates, including sudden temperature alterations and low humidity. ATCI bags and tubing are available with a width range between 2” and 60”. It can safeguard all types of materials, including rubbers, non-ferrous and ferrous metals, and plastics.
