Full Production Starts at Dorf Ketal’s New Organic Titanate Plant

Dorf Ketal Speciality Catalysts has announced that full-scale production has been started at the new organic titanate facility located in Mundra, India. The plant has a capacity to produce approximately 10,000 metric tons of titanates per year.

The new facility joins Dorf Ketal’s new expanded Dadra plant for global shipment of VERTEC and TYZOR organic titanates.

The Mundra plant produces a wide a range of titanates, thus making it the world's largest organic titanate producing plant.

Dorf Ketal Speciality Catalysts’ General Manager, John McChesney said that the company is the only titanate producer operating two production facilities with worldwide supply and logistics network. The technical service team of the company works closely with customers to enhance the performance in present applications. The research and development workforce is now developing innovative, high-performance organic titanates.

Dorf Ketal is one of the largest manufactures of organic titanates and has introduced several brands, including TYZOR and INTEC. The company has purchased the trademarks, patents and associated intellectual property for SNAPCURE polyurethane and VERTEC polyester catalysts.
