TEKNEK Launches Ultra-Wide Adhesive Rolls

Teknek has unveiled Nanocleen plus adhesive rolls that provide an ultimate high-performance contact cleaning solution based on the changing market needs. The new ultra-wide adhesive rolls are suitable for wide web contact cleaning uses.

The rolls are available in widths ranging up to 2150 mm and offer a 100% silicone free solution. Earlier, two adhesive rolls need to be clubbed together to clean a wider web. This results in mismatching and misalignment of rolls and could lead to gaps during the cleaning performance.

With the launch of the Nanocleen Plus adhesive roll, the company can ensure reliable cleaning performance. The offset edge cut of the new rolls will decrease the vibrations produced at greater speeds. The Nanocleen plus adhesive rolls possess static dissipating properties, which are important for production of high quality optical films and thin film coatings.

According to Teknek’s Sales and Marketing Manager, Ruaridh Nicolson the addition of the Nanocleen cleaning core to the adhesive rolls minimizes waste and maximizes profits for the company’s customers.
