Bravo Solutions, a manufacturer of specialty substrates for digital printing, has been acquired by Mohawk Fine Papers, one of North America's leading producers of fine papers for digital and commercial printing. The purchase includes all brands and a few assets of Bravo Solutions in Elmira, New York.
Bravo Solutions’ synthetic and paper substrates are designed and manufactured for application in both wet-ink and dry toner printing presses. Mohawk Fine Papers has planned to expand its digital product offering by adding the Bravo product range, thus producing the world’s most comprehensive portfolio of digital substrates. Bravo Solutions’ product range includes magnetic materials, embedded card sheets, integrated products and pressure sensitive and synthetic substrates.

Mohawk brands include the i-Tone for HP Indigo, Strathmore, Mohawk Superfine, Everyday Digital and Mohawk Color Copy. The papers from Mohawk are selected for high-end direct mail, photo specialties and commercial printing.
