H.B. Fuller, one of the leading global adhesives providers, has entered into a strategic agreement with Graco to commercialize a specialized adhesive and equipment system for packaging applications. The equipment is specifically designed to pump and dispense H.B. Fuller’s innovative adhesive solution, Liquamelt.
Liquamelt adhesive and equipment system
The new Liquamelt dispensing equipment offers several benefits to the packaging industry and it is an ideal substitute for both the conventional cold and hot adhesive systems. It decreases the usage of adhesive by over 50% when compared to the conventional hot melt adhesive solutions. In addition, the system minimizes energy consumption and prevents the need for hot hoses and tanks. Liquamelt adhesive is also environmentally friendly as it contains 40% of sustainable raw materials.
