General Plastics also supplies acrylic and polycarbonate sheets for Boeing’s wingtip-lens transparencies and aircraft passenger windowpanes.
According to Bruce Lind, General Plastics’ President, this award recognition shows the company’s commitment towards its relationship with Boeing even after five decades. General Plastics delivers its products through a well-established network of suppliers to over 10 nations for marine, testing, construction, wind and solar energy, composite core, nuclear containment, defense and aerospace industries. The company produces its products in compliance with ISO 9001:2008/AS9100C and other quality systems such as Boeing Company D6-82479, Mil-I-45208A and NQA-1.
