Haumiller Uses Warm Parts Assembly in Plastic Processors

Haumiller Engineering, a manufacturer of automated assembly equipment, has announced that it will share information on how using the warm parts assembly can benefit the plastics processors during NPE2012.

The molding method can be performed more efficiently using warm parts assembly, which also saves time. The molded parts are kept aside by the molders for assembling later that leads to time wastage and there is an increased possibility for the parts to become warped. Warm parts assembly saves floor space, without the movement of parts for storage, and also is time-saving. They eliminate the costs related with out of tolerance or deformed components, because of storage.

According to Pat Philips, Haumiller’s engineering manager, the company works to reach the objectives of all plastics processors, which look for quality, speed and low cost. He stated that the usage of these warm parts assembly in the processors helps the companies to attain the expected efficiency. The company knows this, as it has helped in prototyping the process previously in order to make sure that they obtain the assembled results that are required for better bottom lines and quality.

In addition, the company will show on how to employ custom automated assembly machines in production circumstances and in various applications, during NPE.
