Aqueous Technologies, supplier of batch defluxing systems in North America, has sold a Trident Trio high-yield automatic defluxing and cleanliness testing system to PRIDE Industries.
Inline defluxing systems can be replaced by the Trident Trio, which is a cost-effective option. PRIDE is benefiting from the system as it has an increased throughput, thus offering an increased rate of production.
PRIDE Industries’ Vice President for Sales Operations, Steve Twitchell stated that the cleanliness and cleaning testing device from Aqueous Technologies offers excellent performance that includes verification, traceability and environmental impact.
The company primarily prioritizes increasing the reliability and quality of its products for its OEM customers and the same is the key factor behind the purchase decision, Twitchell added.
Aqueous Technologies’ CEO and President, Mike Konrad commented that the company counts it as a great honor to be a supplier of cleaning equipment for PRIDE Industries. PRIDE has a large number of disabled employees and is fully committed to performance and reliability, Konrad added.
Three autonomous defluxing chambers are featured in this Trident Trio system. A computer controller controls each chamber of the system, which may be operated using distinct defluxing chemistries for attaining maximum flexibility. Each defluxing chamber features recallable SPC data records and autonomous cleanliness testing abilities. This Trident Trio can offer high throughput levels and is equipped with integrated cleanliness testing.
